We want you to be fully satisfied with your Madhappy purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected at our warehouse.
